K-Gr 3-Clever craft ideas, based on the
first portion of Genesis, show how to make
items representing the earth; night and
day; the sun, moon, and stars; land and
water; plants and flowers; birds, fish,
insects, and animals; and people, stressing
God's love for them.
Give your little ones a delightful illustration
of the creation story with six nesting
globes colorfully depicting each day of
creation. Inside the 6th globe is a smiling
face with the words "And Me" showing that
each of us is a part of God's creation.
Kids will develop motor and size
relationship skills while learning the
biblical creation story.

Craft and Activity you can do in
your classroom around Earth
Day!  Children color and cut out a
pennant, and tape to a wooden
ruler (for measuring).  Makes a
nice take home present too!
